In order to simplify the financial situation for students, the European office of ICMS regularly awards scholarships.

Futher information

Visa: For a stay at ICMS a 'student visa' is required. One can apply for such a visa either online or at the Australian immigration authorities.
For the application students need to have a COE-Number. In the case that your application for an exchange to ICMS was successful, the European ICMS office will send the required number to you.

Accommodation: Exchange students get the possibility to live on campus. An accommodation there also includes food. The costs for a room depend on the equipment that goes along with it and are always calculated for one term:

It is recommended to apply for accommodation early on if one is interested in the offer because the number of beds and rooms is limited. Further housing options (both on and off campus) are published on the website of the ICSM.

Health insurance: For a stay at ICMS, on the basis of a 'student visa', it is required to have an Australian health insurance (called 'Overseas Student Health Cover' (OSHC)). In the case that you have chosen the option of one term in a Bachelor study course with four courses, the costs for the health insurance are already included provided that you have also mentioned it on your application form. After choosing one of the other two options, it is also possible to take out the health insurance at the university, but the costs need to be covered separately.

At ICMS it is required to follow 'Business Attire' dresscode.

On the website of ICMS interested students can check the reports that other German exchange students wrote about their experciences and which can give you a better insight into a study term at ICSM.

In addition, the Facebook page of ICMS offers the possibility to get in touch with members of the International Office or with other students.
