Applicants with EU University entrance qualification

Apply - but how? Step by step to a successful Bachelor application (University entrance qualification obtained in EU)

For non-EU applicants or applicants with non-EU Bachelor degree or non-EU high school leaving certificate please click here for further info (for non-admission restricted bachelor programmes and master programmes please scroll own):

Admission restricted bachelor's programme application (GIF, BWL, SoA, PA):

1. Register on - here you will obtain a BID and BAN number

2. Now go to our ecampus page ( also re-directs automatically), register using your BID and BAN - here you apply for one or more degree programmes

3. Prioritize on! After completing the application(s) please prioritize your applications - IMPORTANT NOTICE: please mind the priority settings at if you receive an admission from a higher prioritized university the lower prioritized application will be deleted automatically and cannot be re-done! Check out this video tutorial! only those will receive an offer

4. Admission offers: will be issued after July 15th 

5. Offer must be accepted actively on

6.   After accepting the offer, you must complete the application process via your account in our
     ecampus portal:

  • click on study applications, then go to "Your study offers" and click on accept
  • Now you will be directed to a page with information about the semester fee (amount and account details) - below this box you will find the button "print application for enrollment" - please click on it and print the form.
  • Send this form signed by you together with the above mentioned documents by postal service (or e-mail for PEET applicants) to us.
  • Transfer the semester fee to our account - please state your name and application number as usage

7.  Enrollment: Upon receipt, the semester documents (certificate of enrollment, semester ticket) will be issued and either sent to you by postal service as soon as you have informed your respective admissions officer about your address in Germany. IMPORTANT: A separate letter of confirmation that we have received your documents and/or money transfer will not be issued!

Master's programme and non-admission restricted bachelor's programme application:

1. Application via ecampus - register HERE 

2. After uploading all required documents the evaluation process will start.

3. Upon completion either an admission or rejection letter will be posted.

4. Accept admission by following the instructions on ecampus

5. Enrollment via ecampus: see No. 6 above
