Training tomorrow's skilled workers together

University of Applied Sciences informs companies about the study programme Business Administration practice-integrated dual Three events in July, August and September

With its practice-integrated dual degree programme in Business Administration, Bremerhaven University of Applied Sciences is responding to the wishes and requirements of the business community and at the same time making students fit for a career as a specialist or manager in the region.
This is how it works: Regional companies send employees as cooperation partners of the university for the six-semester practical study programme. Practical phases in the company alternate with lectures and seminars at the university. In this way, the students acquire the same specialist knowledge as their fellow students in the "classic" Bachelor's degree programmes, but apply it directly in the company. This qualifies them for responsible positions in the company already during their training. Seier GmbH, Redux, Deutsche See, Labco and the Pajoma/Steier Group are already sending students to Bremerhaven University of Applied Sciences as cooperation partners. New additions are Gehr - Yacht and Aircraft Interior and PNE-AG.

Focus on digitalisation in all areas of the company

The focus of the business administration dual degree programme is on digitalisation in all areas of the company.  It is attractive for companies that want to enable their finished trainees to study. However, companies and businesses that want to employ their successors in the family business in addition to their studies, as well as companies that want to retain future skilled personnel at an early stage, also benefit from the modern study programme.
