Well-informed decision for a degree programme

Studies

Campus Day at Bremerhaven University of Applied Sciences on 28 January from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Attention prospective students! Bremerhaven University of Applied Sciences invites you to Campus Day 2025 on Tuesday, 28 January from 9 am to 2 pm. The programme includes guided campus tours, open labs, taster lectures and short keynote speeches on current topics from research and teaching. In addition, information stands for the degree programmes will provide plenty of space for individual questions. Prior registration is not necessary. All information about the programme can be found at www.hs-bremerhaven.de/campustag.

The Campus Day is primarily aimed at school pupils who are interested in studying at the university. However, anyone else interested is also welcome to find out what the students and researchers in Bremerhaven are working on. They will bring along some of their projects and answer questions. Interactive stands from the Bachelor's degree programmes invite you to join in. A chat with the lecturers instead of a lecture in the lecture theatre, asking specific questions instead of being overwhelmed with information - that is the motto of the information day.

Those who have not yet considered their chosen degree programme in depth and would like to get some general information first will not miss out either. Guided campus tours, open labs and taster lectures provide an initial insight. The university's service centres are available to answer questions about studying abroad, the application process, studying with disabilities and many other topics.

Bremerhaven University of Applied Sciences trains urgently needed specialists for the region and beyond in its future-oriented degree programmes. The application deadline for the 2025 summer semester is currently still open, but those who already have their Abitur or Fachabitur in their pocket do not have to wait until next autumn to start their studies. The Bachelor's degree programmes in Transport/Logistics, Engineering, Biotechnology of Marine Resources and Foundation, Innovation, Leadership are also accepting new students for the summer semester. There are also eight mostly technical and scientific Master's degree programmes to choose from. The deadline for submitting documents is 15 February. Applications are submitted via the university's own application portal ecampus.hs-bremerhaven.de.
