Synergy of theory and practice in cooperative education study programmes
Within this programme regional companies as cooperation partners send their employees as dual students to the University campus for six semesters, where they can combine practical job placements in the company with study periods in classrooms and laboratories on the campus. In this way, the students acquire the same specialist knowledge as their fellow students in the full time Bachelor's degree programmes, but can use it directly in their sending companies during their practical placements there. So they qualify ideally for higher positions in their companies already during their study time.
