Hello everyone! I'm Michèle and I've been studying food technology/economics at Bremerhaven University of Applied Sciences since the winter semester 2019. Since July 2021 I am the student mentor for LTW. At the moment I am working on my bachelor thesis. More about me
I ended up studying in Bremerhaven in a roundabout way. I wanted to study something to do with quality assurance and nutrition, and then I discovered the Food Technology and Economics program, and I haven't regretted it for a second to this day. I have already learned a lot in the last three and a half years and will complete my bachelor's degree this semester.
Originally from the west of NRW, moving to northern Germany was not a problem, but rather an enrichment. Discovered and got to know a lot of new things.
It was important for me to study something that offers a future. And food will always be essential.
