Business Administration dual study programme informs regional companies about cooperation opportunities

Online event series starts on Friday, 03 May, at 11 a.m.
Professionally qualified business economists are important for a company's success. However, many university graduates are quickly drawn to "bigger climes" instead of a regional company. Bremerhaven University of Applied Sciences has recognised this problem and is helping to keep skilled workers in the region with its business administration degree programme (practice-integrated dual). Interested company representatives can find out about the framework data and advantages of a cooperation at the free and digital information event. The first date is Friday, 3 May, from 11 am to 12 noon. Further dates will follow on 31 May, 5 July and 8 August, all at 11 am. Participation is via the BigBlueButton video conferencing system. Registration is possible at bwldual@hs-bremerhaven.de.
The six-semester Business Administration degree programme (practice-integrated dual) offers companies the opportunity to employ students on a permanent basis right from the start of their studies, to keep them at Bremerhaven University of Applied Sciences for the duration of their studies and to train and further educate them through practical study projects and during the practical phases in the company. To this end, they send new or long-term employees to the university. They acquire the same specialist knowledge as their fellow students on the traditional Bachelor's degree programmes, but apply it directly in the company. This qualifies them for higher positions while they are still studying.
