Five one-hour tours on Saturday, 14 June

To mark the 50th anniversary of Bremerhaven University of Applied Sciences, Stadttheater Bremerhaven is swapping its red velvet armchairs for lecture halls and laboratories for one evening. On Saturday, 14 June, five one-hour theatrical city walks will take place on the campus as part of the Long Night of Culture. As a small birthday present to the university, the individual theatre departments will be presenting themselves at various locations. The tours start at 6:00 pm, 6:15 pm, 6:30 pm, 6:45 pm and 7:00 pm at the fountain in front of the theatre box office (Theodor-Heuss-Platz 10, Bremerhaven). Participation in the free event is partially barrier-free. 

To mark the anniversary, Bremerhaven University of Applied Sciences is inviting all interested parties to special events under the motto ‘50 years of expanding horizons’. In addition to the theatrical walks, highlights include the anniversary concert in cooperation with the Bremerhaven Philharmonic Orchestra on 25 June, ‘City Campus meets SAiL’ for pupils on 14 August, the big anniversary party on 16 August and the ‘Alumni Homecoming Day’ on 27 September.
