Application Procedure and Admission Conditions

To apply for the master degree course Digitalization, Innovation and Information Management, applicants have to complete the application form and either submit it in person or send it by post to the Admissions Office of the University before the closing date. All necessary documents have to be attached to the application form. The form can be obtained from the Student Counselling Centre or the website of the University of Applied Sciences Bremerhaven (www.hs-bremerhaven.de/en/). Closing dates for applications and other deadlines are published on the university’s homepage or can be obtained from the Student Counselling Centre. 16 study places are available per term. In addition to their application to the university, interested applicants from abroad should pay attention in good time to immigration regulations. Admission Conditions

To receive an admission for the master degree course it is necessary to fulfill three conditions. First a bachelor degree in business information systems/informatics, business administration or a similar study program with at least 210 Credit Points and the grading “good” (2,5 in the German grading system) has to be achieved. Second a letter of motivation of two pages has to be written in German, as the main course language is German. The letter of motivation has to include not only your motivation and qualification but also the contribution that you wish to achieve for a successful graduation. Thirdly your knowledge of the English language has to have a certified level of B1 following the Common European Framework of Reference of Languages (CEFR).
