The subject group Law, Economics and Social Sciences (WiWi) includes the degree programmes Business Administration, International Tourism Management, Transport/Logistics and Foundation, Innovation, Management. Anyone who has completed a commercial apprenticeship can apply for a place on the degree programme.
A subject-specific university entrance qualification for the Engineering Sciences (ING) subject group and the associated degree programmes in Engineering, Medical Technology, Transport/Logistics, Sustainable Energy and Environmental Technologies and Food Technology/Food Industry is available to gardeners and landscapers, automotive mechatronics technicians (specialising in system and high-voltage technology), agricultural and construction machinery mechatronics technicians, media technologists, carpenters and process mechanics for plastics and rubber technology, among others.
Admission after vocational training is also possible for the subject group Mathematics, Informatics, Natural Sciences (MIN) with the degree programmes Computer Science, Business Informatics, Biotechnology of Marine Resources and Digital Media Production. The professions include IT specialist, microtechnologist specialising in semiconductor technology and sign and neon sign maker (advertising technician).
In the Humanities, Cultural and Social Sciences (GKG) subject group, which includes Social Work and Physician Assistant, it is possible to apply with a vocational qualification as a geriatric nurse, healthcare and paediatric nurse, nursing specialist or (dental) medical assistant, among others.
